  Fix samba issues with later firmwares.
  The first problem was that /etc/samba/smb.cnf is generated by main and the link to the opentvix version was being created before this. The main task takes longer to get the this stage. Symptoms of this problem were:
  - the new directories were not visible, only the old tvixhd1 directory.
  - tvix appearing as (none).
  - very slow transfers
  In future versions we may have to implement a wait loop for it if it is created even later.
  
  The second problem is that overwriting the smb.cnf file stops samba working and it needs to be reset.
